Disability Inclusion: Everybody’s Business

ANZAHPE ONLINE Professional Development Program

Disability inclusion in health professions education is about more than accommodations; it challenges us to rethink our assumptions about capability, belonging and who can become a health professional.

This interactive webinar will explore the current landscape of disability inclusion in health professions education, including the legislative and accreditation context, lived experiences of students, and the cultural and systemic factors that shape inclusion. Through case examples, reflection activities and practical discussion, participants will examine their own assumptions, consider where meaningful change is possible, and explore a lifecycle approach to creating more inclusive learning environments.
